Chase Edmonds Honors Special Olympics Arizona for NFL’s My Cause My Cleats campaign

Special Cleats will be worn during Arizona Cardinals - L.A. Rams Monday Night Football Game

Arizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds selected Special Olympics Arizona for the NFL’s My Cause My Cleats Campaign and picked two lucky Special Olympics Arizona athletes to help him design his special cleats that will be worn during tonight’s Arizona Cardinals – Los Angeles Rams Monday Night Football game at State Farm Stadium.

Arthur Moreno and Ryan Fixel got to meet Chase via Facetime, get to know each other a little bit and offer input into Chase’s special game cleats.  Both SOAZ athletes favorite things are being honored on Chase’s cleats – with Ryan’s a desert theme and showing his love of skittles; and Arthur’s theme focuses on his loves of Captain America, fishing and apples.

“I’ve been involved in Special Olympics events over the years, and chose Special Olympics Arizona for this campaign because I want to bring more awareness to Special Olympics athletes,” Edmonds said.

Arthur and Ryan are members of the Team Arizona Unified Flag Football team that will be competing in the Special Olympics USA Games this summer in Orlando.
